This website is all about four specific in-city neighborhoods in Seattle: Madrona, Denny Blaine, Washington Park and Madison Park/Canterbury, all located just east of Capitol Hill and Downtown, along Lake Washington.  While close in proximity to each other, each neighborhood has its own defining characteristics. 

My aim is to help interested buyers educate themselves about the character, highlights and benefits of each neighborhood so that they can best find a house that suits them. 

For each, I have included all current homes for sale, pending and recently closed.  I have also included statistics and pie charts to help identify who lives in the neighborhood and the character of the community.  I have links to other sites of interest and am happy to accept ideas on how to make this site more useful.  Thank You!
