I am the Designated Broker and an owner of Gerrard Beattie & Knapp, and have been selling real estate in Seattle for over 30 years. Born and raised in the Northwest, I am knowledgeable about Seattle’s neighborhoods and our community. 

Having served on the Board of Directors of the MLS as well as on the Forms, Arbitration and Strategic Planning committees, I am experienced in all aspects of the real estate profession.  I belong to both Forum 22 (an organization of top residential real estate agents) and the Seattle Condominium Network.
