Located just south of the I-90 bridge, Mount Baker was an early suburb of Seattle. Overlooking Lake Washington, many properties have gorgeous views of the lake and Mt. Rainier. Built predominantly between 1910-1930, the housing is traditional in style.
The neighborhood has access to miles of public waterfront, parks and Mount Baker bathing beach. There is a community club that provides family entertainment and serves as a hub for the neighborhood. Home to SeaFair with hydroplane races and the Blue Angels air show, Mount Baker is culturally diverse and politically active as a neighborhood. Excellent access to light rail, downtown and I-90.
